It's tricky, yes I posted an OC net link because it has some good info. RAM settings at first should be manually entered I think. Find that part in your bios and enter the main timings shown on the box or spd.

Then you work on CPU, lots of different settings, again I recommend manual settings, not XMP. Play with the SA v's and cpu voltages. Play with it until you are in a spot with good temps when doing what you want your computer to do I.E. Gaming, apps that you run etc.

At this point you can try dialing in RAM at tighter settings. This is a process, and is different for everyone. Take your time and learn your rig. Benchmark and use to see if you are good with performance doing your usual tasks.

Always go with your comfortable with, but experimenting by saving a good profile and tweaking as you go.

Most importantly, enjoy the new hardware

Not sure, but when set to XMP believe timing showed same as it's specs for this particular RAM 18-22-22-42 1.35v Screen where i do switch it to XMP I or II switches another setting to 4000MHZ CL 18-22-22-42.
How do i take a screen shot in BIOS ?
Well for my board it is F12 and you have to have a USB stick in to save it to. I am talking about secondary timings which you can only see in the BIOS.

Or alternatively you could use the Asrock timing configurator (v4.08 or 4.09) in windows and take a snapshot of that. Looks like below.
But this program doesn't help if you can't boot to XMP so we can see what the XMP has set some of these values to. That is why I asked to set XMP in BIOS and take a screenshot of the memory timings page without booting.

I also recall seeing a separate dram vboot voltage in my BIOS. If you have that, set it for say 1.4, will help with boot issues
This is good info from Dude. When you are running XMP you are overclocking your memory fro 2133 MHhz.

So before you make it to the BIOS, your memory is "trained" - the pre-BIOS steps tune your RAM sub-timings. On many boards you can specify the RAM voltage that the memory is trained at, which can be different than the eventual voltage the RAM will run at. If you increase your RAM voltage, you will want to increase this one as well for training. If it is too low, the memory won't train and your boot fails.

I do not see this setting in BIOS and should be in AI Tweaker section of it,reading through that section in manual still not seeing that exact setting for voltage some say just Auto, Enable,Disable.

Not as comfortable or even knowledgeable enough to tweak settings in the BIOS for these type of things need more guidance. Certain areas of BIOS i am okay with. Most people will never even attempt it, not saying i won’t.

Realized BIOS update ASUS Suite did originally was not the newest maybe the one they felt it needed but there are like 3 newer ones.

Most say do not update BIOS unless you see something in the update of it that can help yours. Maybe some of the newer ones may help this particular issue not just listed as it.

If you like to, read my BIOS manual just section for AI Tweak see what you see. Thanks again for patience and help.
Even though original post was solved, cooler is good !!

Try using 2 and see if it boots. The look at the Vs for SA, VCCIO and tell us what they are.
