It IS in AIDA64... somewhere. But CPU-Z is a lot easier. You don't even have to install it (.zip version is portable)
    How about this ?

Like I said... CPU-Z is easier.

    Two things...

    1. I've been using AIDA64, since it was called Lavalys Everest.
    2. If you wanna play "my dog is bigger than your dog... find someone else.

Also... for my motherboard, anyway, I left all other AI Tweaker settings at auto.
I set just the frequency, timings and voltage.
Sometimes, you just need to play around with the timings.

For timings, the higher the numbers, the more "relaxed" the timings. Should help with stability.
Also... mine wouldn't get "stable" w/o "guessing" at the DRAM RAS# PRE Time, setting. ??

With DRAM RAS# PRE Time left on auto...mine just wouldn't boot.

    /edit

The only other thing I can think of... is flash the BIOS to the latest non-Beta version.
    Motherboard chipset too.

BIOS is the newest already done that on day one.
Not familiar with playing around with timings and voltage in BIOS.

Now... I'm not very familiar with it either. I quit overclocking two builds (about 10 years ago).
The ONLY advantage I had with an AMD board, is that the names for the timings were similar to the CPU-Z names.

I haven't run an Intel CPU since about 1999. But in all the topics I've seen, on this and other forums... folks just turned on XMP, and that was pretty much all they needed to do.

These days... I always have a full OS image backup when I mess around with RAM timings.
Get them a bit too far out... and poof... Windows corruption.

Noticing the M.2 fan only goes up to around 750rpm while all other fans go further. M.2 fan header was the one i needed to add my last 2 fans because only 2 chassis fan headers have 6 fans not counting cooler.

From BIOS AIO Pump and W.Pump header do not look like can take case fans. They run at full speed is the issue.

The absolute last thing I can think of (totally non technical), is that when I finally got my RAM freq., timings, and voltage dialed in... it didn't boot the first time... but I accidentally rebooted a 2nd time... and it worked.

    It's stayed stable ever since.
