    ty Ghot,
seems the only thing to do is find the right combo of fixes...

i installed their version, after uninstalling mine, same problem...

    dear GOG,
    Return to Castle Wolfenstein
the game immediately crashes after green splash screen displays... i tried run as administrator,
I tried creating new variable solution, I tried to go to (Installing the unofficial patch by Knightmare from here should help), it was blocked as malicious website as many of your other links are malicious as well...

    ty,
    Ts

Well, I've been on GOG.com for years with no problems.
As for the game you got... they will refund your money if it doesn't work.

Ty, yes I saw that b4 joining and d/l-ing RTCW...

To make a long story short, I figured out the iortcw patch, but game was too dark. I knew I had it from there.
I uninstalled GOG version, reinstalled mine, it was still too dark, but I had several backups of wolfconfig from win 7, I just swapped 1 out that said (*.good) , After a few Hrs., of comparing the files, changing settings, playing in the dark of course and I was bright again. It's running 1920x1080 no problems.
    Ty Again,
    Ts
