    Enable XMP/DOCP?

I ran UserBenchmark and on the RAM test said it said was performing lower then expected and to enable XMP/DOCP
Now my board is ASUS tuf x570-plus gaming am4 motherboard.

    RAM VENGEANCE® LPX 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz

Pics below show what UserBenchMark said, but i seem to only have the option in BIOS to enable D.O.C.P and when i select this then i get the following message.
So do i need to disable this to see an improvement or leave well alone?

    Many thanks

Why not enable D.O.C.P. and then rerun your benchmark test and see what happens?

Mainly because of the bottom line in the notice that appeared saying may cause instability.

You have 3200 mhz RAM installed. D.O.C.P. will automatically set the motherboard RAM timings to enable the RAM to run at the 3200 mhz rating. D.O.C.P. disabled is running the RAM with the JEDEC standard timing for DDR4 which is 2133 mhz.

Besides, if you don't like D.O.C.P. enabled, then just go back in and disable it. It's not like your computer is going to self destruct.
