Best power circuits? Think you messed this up with MSI. Their high level boards are known for best power circuits.

No. The Gigabyte top end boards have power circuits you could run a city with.

Yeah, the Gigabyte boards definitely have good power circuitry; especially their upper mid to top end boards.

    Hello Gurn,

All brands have there fan boys, Me I went Micro Star International. In reality the competition between all Motherboard makers is a great thing they are all doing there best to sell you there platform. What I think it comes down to is there are entry level boards and there are enthusiast boards you get what you pay for.

And on a side note the company who builds the best Motherboards in my personal opinion is EVGA. Man how I wish they had an AMD option!

I have never used a Gigabyte board before. What is their reliability rating like in your experience?
I 've built 2 PCs using Gigabyte boards - my current desktop PC from 2012 and my father's PC from 2013. There have been no problems and Gigabyte still provide technical support. For some reason new CMOS batteries are needed every 2 years since we turn off the PCs at the mins when not in use.

MSI only offer a 1 year warranty in the UK which doesn't say much for their confidence in their product.

I got a wicked good deal on an MSI X470 Gaming Plus Max from Newegg, so I bought it. It does everything I need it to. I have an MSI mobo in my PC at work and it's pretty much bulletproof so I thought what the heck?

    Now, a question:

Fresh install of Win 10? Or repair Install?
