Is there a motherboard that supports my cpu

I have an Intel 4590 that's currently inside a Dell optiplex 7020 MT and I'm trying to find a motherboard that would support the cpu.

How would I go about doing this or what motherboard would I need?

The specs of the Dell optiplex 7020 MT are also listed in my specs on this forum.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

    These do...

    Choose A Motherboard - PCPartPicker

Out of those, this one would be a good choice... Asus B85M-G Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (B85M-G) - PCPartPicker

It's the same form factor (Micro ATX) and socket (1150) as your present motherboard. But you would also need a standard ATX power supply to power one of these boards.

But... because your motherboard is a proprietary DELL motherboard, you should probably just get the same exact motherboard... like this...

    /edit

If it were me, I would get a standard Micro ATX motherboard and a power supply to power it. In the long run it's a better choice to get away from the proprietary parts.

    Here's what I would do...

System Builder - N200 MicroATX Mini Tower - PCPartPicker

[It looks like the Thermaltake power supply you already have would work with the ASUS board I linked.
I can't tell what the make and model of your case is, so I suggested one]
