I've just been down that route getting modules with XMP & SPD data to work together. You need many more timings than reported by the SPD data in CPUZ - my board has about 20. I solved my problem by booting with the memory sticks installed separately at their fastest XMP / SPD settings, noted all the timings set in the BIOS, then installed all memory and set the now known timings manually.
DOCP does work... sometimes. Sometimes it doesn't.
My ASUS board is a new (X570 chipset) work station motherboard. It was like $400. DOCP didn't work.
This is like my 6th or 7th ASUS board running AMD. Normally I would have no trouble walking the OP through manually setting his RAM timings.
But I can't "get on the phone" with the OP if/when something does go wrong.
Let me put this another way... In the OP's motherboard manual, this is the TOTAL BIOS settings info for the Extreme Tweaker Menu.....
It's like they just skipped the OC tweaks part of the manual.
I checked his motherboard's webpage...there isn't even a desktop utility for setting this stuff.
See the pic in post #10. That's it for the Extreme Tweaker menu.
Go back through the posts in this topic. I was all for it. Right up until I downloaded his manual, AND OP said I want a complete walk through.
I have no trouble walking someone through this but without the manual giving us common reference points... it's NOT a good idea.
I would just leave it alone.

Ok here's the directions. I still recommend you have someone do this for you, if you don't feel secure doing this.
Notes:
You absolutely have to be able to recover from corrupted Windows or black screen. This is how to do that...
1. Use a program like Macrium Reflect (free) to make a full OS image backup, in case Windows gets corrupted. Macrium Software | Macrium Reflect Free
1a, Make sure you make the Macrium Reflect bootable media, so you can access backups if Windows won't boot.
2. Make sure you have another way to get online, in case something goes wrong.
3. If, for some reason, the settings in the BIOS prevent you from entering the BIOS, you need to
know how to reset the BIOS to defaults.
3a. Turn the computer OFF. Turn the switch on the rear of the power supply, OFF.
3b. Press the case power button and hold it pressed for about 15 seconds.
3c. Remove the CMOS battery for about 3 minutes.
3d. Put the CMOS battery back in, turn the power supply back ON, and turn the computer ON.
Ok... to get the RAM running at 3000Mhz, we have to use DOCP or we have to manually set the frequency, the timings and the voltage.
First we will try DOCP...
1. You enter the BIOS by pressing the DEL key, after you 1st start the computer.
2. Once IN the BIOS, press the F7 key, to enter the Advanced version of the BIOS.
3. Then we want to click on the Extreme Tweaker menu, tab.
4. Go to the Ai Overclock Tuner section, and choose: DOCP. (figure A)
5. Hit the F10 key to save and exit the BIOS.
If everything went OK, you are done. If things didn't go OK, see the Notes at the top.
Assuming DOCP didn't work, we need to manually set the RAM frequency, timings and voltage.
1. Enter the BIOS, choose: Extreme Tweaker tab, and under Ai Overclock Tuner, choose: Manual. (figure A)
2. Now.. we want to choose the frequency (3000Mhz) at YELLOW dot #1. (figure B)
3. Next we want to open the DRAM Timing Control at YELLOW dot #2. (figure B)
4. Then we want to manually set the RAM timings as shown in... (figure C)
5. Lastly, in (figure B) we want to scroll down to DRAM Voltage, and set it to 1.35 volts.
6. Hit the F10 key to save and exit.
If everything went OK, you are done. If things didn't go OK, see the Notes at the top.
WARNING: Figure C, is a pic from MY BIOS. Yours should look the same. If it doesn't, then do NOT proceed. The "timings" (in RED), in Figure C are for YOUR RAM.

That is poor compared to my Gigabyte board.
How many manual memory timings do you have? My Gigabyte board has many more than the SPD values which I had to set. See my post 30 here Mixing XMP & non-XMP Memory
First thing to check is which ports/slots RAM are placed in as per MB manual https://images-eu.ssl-images-amazon....1Jk738TByS.pdf XMP /DOCP is not going to work if placed in wrong slots.
