Well.. here's the deal. I have a Ryzen 7 2700X. It is overclocked to nearly 4.2 GHz:
Under CPU stress test, I am hitting 173 Degrees F (78.4 C):
However, I have a Corsair H60 dual fan liquid cooler. So the question is, do you really think that your Ryzen 5 3500X is going to hit 4.1 Ghz with a stock air cooler? I know you want to see this:
but you need to be careful. You don't have the processor or the cooling.
I have not messed with voltage.

Good forum for overclocking. I'm also a member there but I'm Intel.
