Nice looking card Cliff ...if you want to spend close to 5000.00 bucks for one....
All that beauty would be wasted on me, I would never vertical mount a graphics card and suffocate it.

So the new GPU arrived last night. Put in in and my rig wouldn't boot up tore rig down and put back together, now it boots to q code 4d, put my old card in and same thing. Ouch, put the new card in my 3900X rig and its running. Will sort out the 5800 rig later.

    Anyone had a 4d before? ASUS Q Code 4d
I would suggest trying your 3900X & the new GPU in the new motherboard ?

Looking on the net it says more likely CPU or Motherboard in that order ?

Just putting my thoughts to you ?

I remember telling somebody on the forum that the B550 is not as good as they thought & should stick with X570 as I never have a problem with those motherboards &/or you have just had bad luck ?

It was a good board for 45 days, bad luck I guess. Kind of wanted a x570 anyway so will maybe use the B550 for another build when its fixed.

I got in a qcode boot loop that I couldn't get out of not that long ago after installing an AIO. I tried everything, replaced everything even a spare CPU and GPU. I reinstalled BIOS and reset CMOS many times. I started an RMA dialog with Asus. Then I thought there was one thing I didn't try - removing the CMOS battery, waiting a minute or so, then replacing it. That did the trick and saved me from RMA hell. I guess there are some things that clearing CMOS doesn't clear in NVRAM. Anyhow good luck.
