My new PC will not boot to the Bios

Just bought a new CPU, Motherboard, and a PSU

CPU: Intel Core i7-10700K Comet Lake 8-Core 3.8 GHz LGA 1200 125W Desktop Processor w/ Intel UHD Graphics 630

Mother: ASUS ROG Strix Z490-G Gaming (WiFi 6) Z490 LGA 1200 (Intel 10th Gen)

PSU: CORSAIR RMX White Series, RM750x, 750 Watt, 80+ Gold Certified

    -----

When I press the power button all the RGB lights turn on the Motherboard and fans are spinning. But my monitor says that it cannot find a signal from the PC. Now I've tried using my 2080ti and the integrated graphics from the board and get the same result.

Made sure the CPU was seated in right.

    Tried different memory combinations.

Cleared Cmos, taken the battery out and back in.

    I put in a different PSU's

    -----
The only thing I can think of is my memory is about 5 years old and maybe my motherboard doesn't support it?Here is a link to the memory I have:

Ram looks good. It is on the supported memory list at asus.
Monitor set on the correct setting for the video out format? (HDMI/DVI/DP)
All power connectors hooked up? (24 pin/8 pin/4 pin)
Is this a new case or are you re-using an old one?
If re-using be sure all the stand offs you need are installed, and that
none are in the wrong place that could short the back of the board.

Failing all else maybe try to assemble just the bare bones you need to boot it outside the case.

    post back with your findings.

The tall threaded nuts that screw into the cases motherboard tray underneath the motherboard.

The motherboard screws go into them to attach the motherboard. They look like this.

Thanks for all your help, Wanna. I got it working... My new monitor that I use every day is not detecting the connection. I did try putting the monitor in HDMI mode from DP and that still did not work. But I tried my older monitor and it booted right up.
