You can take the one closest to the back of the case and mount it on the outside. Works the same and opens up the inside of the case a little. Here is what I mean, your rad, then a pic of mine with one fan on the backside
    @Dude I had noticed your fan setup on your rad Doug and I had considered it when I installed it, but I've a lot of cables hanging around that area (modem cables, USB 3.0 external drive etc) so it just made sense to install the two fans inside the case. It looks worse on the photo than it actually does up close.

    As promised, here's the latest upgrade, the EVGA GTX 980 Classy replacing the Palit 780. Next up is removing my optical drives and fitting my HDDs and SSDs into Icy Dock 5.25" drive bays, completely freeing up the bottom of the rig so I can remove the HDD cages.
