Is the air flow/temps a little better now that the air gets a little more compressed going through the case?

Thanks Cliff. You raise a question about temps that I had in mind before I pulled the credit card out to buy the shroud, but I wondered if the temps might be worse rather than better. Would the tunnel the shroud creates on the bottom of the case take air away from the mobo and cards by tunneling some of the bottom front intake fan air away from the upper portion of the case where the mobo and cards are? I removed the old spinner hard drives and their brackets awhile ago to allow better air flow from the front intake fans leaving only the two SSDs (the OS SSD being on the mobo) in place so I hoped that would help even if the shroud did take some air away.

I've found that the temps remain the same for mobo and CPU as compared with snapshots from Aida64 I took a couple of months ago. Think that the Noctua D15 and the exhaust case fan behind it takes care of that. I find though that the graphics card temps are consistently 3 Celsius warmer when at idle than previous. This makes sense to me because the air from the bottom intake fan is somewhat taken into the tunnel made by the shroud, and the card at idle has no fan activity. I haven't had time yet since the shroud install yesterday to check what the GPU temps are during gaming. I will check that soon but I suspect they will remain the same as before since during gaming the GPU cooling fans kick in. So far though I'd say that the shroud has taken some air from the card area of the case but not enough that I'm alarmed. I thought about having Savant put some vents in the top of the shroud where the PSU is but decided against that since I did not think it would help any air escape back into the upper portion of the case. Perhaps I should have though.

Edit: Disregard all I wrote above concerning the graphic card temps. I had a real hit the forehead duh! moment last night. The temps I took snapshots of a couple of months ago were with the older Noctua fans in the case and using the case fan controller for the front intake fans set to the middle position which ran them at 900 rpm. Since going with all 4 pin Chromax fans I now use the BIOS QFan to set fan profiles and they are set to be quieter at their lowest setting, around 300 rpm. I changed the setting this morning to speed them up and naturally the temps are back to what they previously were. The shroud has not changed the airflow and temps after all.
