Thank you fdegrove. I proud of both computers.
In two or three years I will build a new one. It takes me that long to save enough money.
It's really not hard to do hard tubing as long as you plan ahead and take your time.
Getting all the tubes lever and plum did take a lot of trial and error. Therefore buy more tubing than you need because you will make mistakes. Another thing I learned on my last system; clear tubing bends easier than colored tubing.
When one has the free time like I do, just do it.
You can't tell from the pictures but I can remove things like the ram without removing the tubing.
Once you go hard tubes you will not go back to soft tubing.
It's worth the work.

Yeah that's beautiful Jack, I would not be able to put my case in the closet if it was that tall though (Priorities :)). That must weight a lot with 39lb starting weight.

No reason to put what I build in a closet. I like showing off my systems to Helen the cat.
I will use nothing but hard tubing. You have to do your homework.
Things like figuring out the size and space need for your build.
Lots of time figuring what fittings to buy.
I don't use a lot of 90 and 45 degree fittings. I didn't want to look like nothing but fittings. Then that is all one sees.
Plus they cost a lot.
Planning, measuring and drawing lot of picture, so things fit.
You must have a easy way to fill and drain the system. The damn drain petcock is very costly. It took me weeks of research and planning just to figure out what to buy to make sure it all worked together. That is part of the fun. DON'T GET IN A HURRY.

Yup that's the drain I do have. It's in a closet as I do not have space otherwise for it to be out in the room. The day I hardline it will be when I have space to show it.

Oh, its addictive! Started out in iRacing 6 months ago. Used my trusty old Logitech G25, attached to my desk. But I got hooked, I wanted more. Got most of it second hand, the only stuff that is new is the wheel, the shifter mount and the display (which I traded at work for my old Oneplus X smartphone!).
The T3PA-Pro is about 150 new, and about the same for the loadcell mod (mimics the feeling of pressurizing a liquid like a real brake system). Got both for 200!
The Playseat was 220 including the optional seatrails, new that would've been 310, stuff was only a month old!
All this set me back 980, I already had the laptop, the speakers and my headset. The laptop is actually my laptop from work though (I know right, gamelaptop for work; I needed something small and powerfull, I had a budget, I picked this). So once funds allow, I'm building a pc dedicated to racing.
