Great job Mike
Hi,
Thanks guys
Fun part is to transfer my retail win-7 install to a new board which MS has deemed unworthy of newer hardware seems there are workarounds for that now :)
Also have a win-8.1 I reverted from win-10 a while back I don't believe it was a retail key though.
Not the best pic, but this'll give you an idea how awesome it looks. I'm really happy with the build.
Next on the list is to swap the Corsair H110i for an NZXT Kraken x62. Same size radiator (280mm) but the pump has an illuminated NZXT logo. And red with black sleeved cables. Just for looks.
Also having problems with one of the harddrives. I now have a 250GB Samsung solid state for Windows, a 500GB Samsung hard drive and a 2TB Western Digital hard drive. Apparently a Samsung and a Western Digital drive operate at a frequency that conflicts with each other, so the pc is making a loud humming noise that is audible through the entire house and its driving me nuts. When I unplug either the Western Digital or the Samsung drive, the sound stops. I'm considering swapping the Samsung hard drive for a 500GB solid state drive as a first step towards an all SSD system.
Also not completely happy with the Western Digital (Black) drive, its loud af
But that might have to wait, currently have a simracing rig in the works
Thx guys, I'm really happy with how it turned out! :)
Now the question: white or red CCFL's to light the interior? or maybe LED strips instead of CCFL's?
