Well done, a very clean build(great cable management):)
I was an intern for 6 months at a small pc building company. They where really OCD about cable management (anything from home/office pc's to gaming rigs) and I'd build about 20 pc's a day on average. Best way of learning how to do it.

That was about 8 years ago though, I've since finished school and I'm an IT Admin at a rather large company.

3-pin fan extension cables came in. Will be putting the system in its new casing tonight. Can't wait!

Final pictures of the system in its current case. NZXT Tempest Evo is going after 7 years. Will be replaced by a NZXT H440 New Edition (my third NZXT case, previous one was NZXT Nemesis)

Aerocool Touch 2000 was always the eyecatcher, the H440 doesn't have 5,25" bays

Still working on the H440 build. Had some trouble getting the H110i radiator and fans in. In the case above I had the fans laying on the top of the chassis underneath the plastic top shroud and with screws going through the fans, through the chassis and then screwed into the radiator's screwholes.

Now, I want the fans to be visible, because they are part of the black/red theme. There isn't any room to have the same arrangement as in the old case, so screws still go in from the top, then through the radiator and then threw the fans. Problem is, the holes in the radiator are M3, the M3 screws are to short to reach fully through the fans, so can't attach them. I've driven to every known hardware/DIY store in the area but can't find 60mm long M3 bolts.

So now what I've done is screwed in the radiator to temporarily keep it in place, then get the fans in position and get a tiny little ziptie that came with the H440, stick it up through the holes on the fans, then through the radiator and through the screwholes in the top of the case, then put that ziptie through a washer and then attach another ziptie to the first ziptie and pull it tight. Then cut off the excess ziptie and its done. And remove the temporary screws.

As you may have seen from the above picture. The fitment is pretty tight between the fans and the motherboard.

Not entirely happy with it, but it works. When I do find M3 bolts/screws that are long enough I will replace it. But for now its fine.
