Damn these are some sexy looking pcs

Well, I was feeling confident about my pc until I started reading some of this stuff, well here's my current setup, I picked this parts in July this year and still have some pieces to get and tweak: monitor is an msi Optix G27C and a Samsung led tv as the second monitor, I got an nzxt s340 elite case, Samsung evo 240gb ssd, Seagate 1tb Hdd, AMD ryzen 1700 cpu, 16 gb of trident z rgb RAM, msi sli plus x370 motherboard, evga 650w psu, evga 1080FTW graphics card, and a hyper x alloy elite keyboard, next thin I'm going to pick up is a good gaming mouse since I have and led 15 dollar mouse from office depot, I'd like to get an nzxt kraken cooler for the cpu and then try to get more ram but we'll, that's my set up, any ideas or suggestions about what I should have gotten O some parts I'd benefit from picking up?

Thanks for the advice on the cases that may work. I have spend the last couple of days searching youtube and was mind boggled with watching them lol. Very few of the OP on Youtube actually give clearance measurements that I seek. Then again I should have bought low profile ram and would not be looking for a new case lol. I am going to look at those cases you recommend shortly and will reply back here.

    thanks again

If I am not mistaken, G Skill ram is 40mm tall. Noctua coolers give 44mm of clearance, so it should fit. If not one could slide the fan over the ram up a few mm and have clearance.

Scramjet, according to specs, the NH-D16 is 165mm in height, or about 6.5". There are a lot of cases that will do that. The Phanteks Pro M, is a mid tower case and claims it has clearance for a CPU cooler of 193mm or about 7.6". But, a lot of cases should do that. I only mention that case because I just used it. I had a Phanteks Luxe delivered yesterday which claims it has the same space.
I finished checking the cases this morning due to company dropping by last night. I am happy to say the Phanteks Eathroo Pro Full is wide enough to be able to put the side panel on.Looks like I should have about 2mm space. Only problem with that one is the height of the tower lol. It is way to high to fit on my desk and be able able to open the door of my cabinet on the desk But I will not rule out just for that reason. I think the Haf X is also a full tower and about the same height but I checked out Newegg to see if width is same and am happy to say it is so. Do you still have the Haf X case? If you do can you measure the distance from the backplate to the inside of side panel for me please? The Haf X mid tower may be just right for me.

    thanks

I have the HAF X, but it is in storage in my Barn. But, if you will go to the manufacturer site on all these cases and look at the detailed specs, they usually all tell you the max clearance for CPU coolers and radiators for water cooling.

@Scramjet This is during the process of me building it. You can see the D14 if you look close.

Isn't it great we have so many choices when we do new builds?

Stormy I really like your very neat and 'white' system.
