Yikes! Really? That reminds me of an unconfirmed allegation of their GeForce GTX 1060 SC 3 GB cards. Apparently, eVGA now wants me to order thermal pads for my 2016 card. Even when it looks like it possibly will run cool enough, possibly even with an OC!
I wouldn't believe the nonsense they all use the same grade components if that was the case you would have cards blowing up

Mind you i am not a Engineer but i do know capacitors blow up if they're faulty or of cheap grade please try again !

Well, with their Pascal cards, some of them allegedly, have no heatsink contact or no proper heatsink contact of components.
It could be a lack of MOSFET contact or a lack of VRAM contact to the heatsink.

I got my eVGA GeForce GTX 1060 SC 3 GB in November, 2016, on November 5, my birthday, IIRC.
eVGA was considered the best at the time.

Bad caps!?= That's why Topcat founded badcaps. net
Fortunately, except for bronze PSUs and some TVs, there don't seem to be as many bad caps as there were in the '00s.
But this does make me worried for the others who have a lot more money than I do.

I'm doing runs on this card right now and the only thing crashing is the Benchmark from too much clock +900 mem on a +110 core crashed on time spy on the last test this card is working fine lol

Right now i am bringing it down to +845 mem and +100 core that's pretty much in line with most aggressive overclocks

Every GPU I have had this century has been a EVGA. But it seems that some just can't handle the truth. This Topic concerns cards that have not been released. Show me a RTX 3060TI? The RTX 3070 will not even be released untill 10.15.2020. I showed videos that were removed so I am not an ANTI-EVGA person as I use one. But since facts do not matter, and The EVGA GPU's were released to Reviewers. You people can order what you will. I am using a RTX 2080 Ti Black made by EVGA and I have zero intent on upgrading it. So my thoughts on this subject are over. The market and consumers will decide.

That's well and fine but all i am saying to you is i am using one and i am not having those issues

These reviewers aren't always honest so i would hope you would keep that in mind too basically calling these cards a bad product and have everyone expecting AMD to save them this is all smoke and mirrors and i would buy a AMD card too if it is good i am not Bias to no brand .

I been a Gigabyte guy since 780ti so i recently started going with EVGA and i am saying as a user those issues aren't happening to all and maybe like 3% out there have a card so how is so many reporting this and not returning back to the store causing massive backlash you know why ???? it's not real

People don't want to believe it but i stand by what i am experiencing and Steve Burke even said Companies know and still will ship bad product not Nvidia's fault anymore if Board Partners knew about it .

The problem is honestly too much smoke and mirrors and people get twisted like sheep with these Tech review guys and that is what the problem is.

Many Forum members including myself takes most of these guys with a grain of salt because lets face it they're like us but we're not on Camera so those who know will not get lost in the BS that is why i kept my ground on this you need to hear and read all the information before coming to conclusions which everyone is for no reason because one person got the ball rolling and others followed !
