How can I take advantage of MB SATA ports to have USB 3.0?

Hi, I own an HP Compaq Elite 8200 SFF, and I have 2 SSD's connected internally via SATA ports and power cables. The speed is wonderful. However, the PC only has external USB 2.0 ports in the case, and whenever I want to pass data from 1 external HDD to the PC or viceversa, having the 20MB/s limit is really, really annoying.

It's the first one, HP Elite 8200.

I've used the first 2 sata ports, which are SATA III, and I have left the other 2: a SATA II and an eSATA.
I've used the 2 middle PCI-e (GT 730), and only have left: a "PCI" and a "PCI Express x1".

What can I do?
I know some USB 3.0 PCI-e exists, but their prices are like $25, a bit expensive for what I want.

You plug it into an empty PCIe slot. It looks like you also have to connect it to the power supply.

Yeah, but I've used one of those in the past and it was buggy, the speeds weren't good. Any brand with good reputation I can trust?

It's all about the controller, if that expansion card is rubbish, it could even corrupt the data of what you connect there. That's why I want a solid known brand.

If you want to get USB 3, the only way is going to be with a PCIe board.
