If you looking for aesthetics as well as good performance the Noctua NH-L12S could be a contender. Here's a review.

Another great product.....but those fans, they're so dang ugly.

I would get what you want for your build. Everyone has an opinion but they may not align with your wishes or wallet.

You need to figure out what you want, go over a few reviews, than ask questions and go from there.

    Good luck.

Wow...that's huge and a double fan. Be Quite makes some quality components.
Yes may get it end of this month as can always send it back but there is gpu mod fan kit I want as well to replace the jet engine fans on the Rx 590 Fatboy & this kit is the reversable kit so you can put the stock fans back on just before you sell it, but it is massive on both sides of the card you put it on ???

It is the sort of thing you would replace those turbo fans on founders edition gpus, also the Vega64 & the 5700XT heatsink which on the 2 fan version is meant to get too hot ?

Sorry man, I really skimmed over the posts. I went straight for a reply. Yes I watch gamer nexus before buying that type of stuff, and what pump is in it. English not my first language so sometimes terms might come wrong, and secondly, I've a bad attention syndrom hehe. Should have noticed that. Let's say that I second your statement then :)
