Finally found very good combination of settings and cracked CB r23 13000 points at relatively low voltage of no more than 1.32v. Temps still hit 70c but that I will address later on.
Adjusted CCX1 and CCX2 to 43 without limiting voltage then run Auto OC in Ryzen Master. Power saving features, frequency and voltage still get right down to under 2000MHz @ less than 1v when on idle.

Cracked 24000 in Ptest too under same conditions

Previously those numbers could be achieved only under straight all core OC which was stationary without any power savings. Just for loughs gonna try for 4350MHz.

Yep, 4 more cores at work and boy, is that Samsung 980 Pro faaaast !!

Yea, I wanted the 980 bad even though it was hard to get.
