What is the likelihood that over the next year or two, AMD will begin to release upper level processors with integrated graphics?

5% chance? 50% chance? Anything rumored AT ALL? Or will their upper level stuff continue to require a discrete graphics card?

I don't mean absolute top of the line, but something considerably stronger than the current integrated graphics line.

Their current processors with integrated graphics are considerably slower than Intel counterparts.

I'm perfectly willing to buy AMD if they matched Intel in this respect.

    Any conjecture?

    Dude said:
I did, and I lowered SOC to 1.05 in BIOS
See you learned something there ,I bet those temps relaxed too

That's why i looked at how Jay overclocked first and make adjustments since he was using a Hero Board

It looks pretty promising my stuff arrives today yet i will be at the dentist oh joy so i probably won't get to this until the end of the week

Pity it's not a desktop CPU.

    Hi,
Yeah well as long as everyone does default clocks I guess anything is possible
But we all know default clocks are pretty boring

Single core performance has always been pretty close one way or another real cheese is on frequency max.

Honestly AMD is probably working on it just right now there is no Big demand when most people are running GPU's for the best experience

Playing games Video on a Integrated chip is painful not like back in the day but you can tell the lag that's why AMD used to pair certain GPU's with that APU to help it better Intel used to do this too i forgot what it was called but you could basically use both to get the best out of the system

Damn does anyone remember the name we used to use it on Benchmarks @essenbe

lol Should i hold to see if they release a 3950XT lol they just binned the chip better and it is lower by 10mv lol

Damn mines still in the box but i doubt that will be something they'll do with their top chip won't make much of a difference

    Hi,
Never stopped Intel 9900k then 9900KFC chicken fried poking
Besides did it to 3900x why would 3950x be exempt it's not threadripper.

Because the 3900x is a tapered down 3950x they have room to move around
They possible can do the same with the 3950 but realistically it won't make much difference the core count pretty much demands the power it needs and 10mv is just a .1 on the scale not too much of a jump
