    Case Fans in circuit

Im hoping someone knows what im talking about. Been searching everywhere.. Im looking for pc fans that have connections on them that when you hook them up in a circuit they power each other and have no wires except for the first in the circuit. Trying to cut down on pwm wires.

10 Best Fan Controllers and PWM Fan Hubs 2020 - The Tech Lounge

I would just use a fan controller , I do not think you can wire case fans in series or parallel

This sounds like a bad idea. Fan headers on motherboards are generally designed to safely supply enough current + some for a single fan. This Arctic PST supplies power to multiple fans from a single motherboard fan header, which could exceed the current capability of the header. It is like a Y splitter but N times worse. I would strongly advise against it. This is why PWM fan multipliers use their own source of power. They take voltage from a SATA power or molex power, the PWM signal and rpm from a single fan, and distributes the PWM and power to other fans. They do this for a reason. I would suggest you look into something these and not use something that may damage your motherboard.:

    rather than this:

ARCTIC PST Cable | 4 pin PWM fan splitter | PWM extension | PWM Y-cable | gaming | overclocking

But if you do go with this Arctic scheme, make sure the sum of the connected fans maximum current draw is less than the rated current for the PWM header you connect it to.. BTW, if you want to go this way, you can just buy their cable and use any fans you want.

Actually after review this is not what i meant. These where actual fans that had conductive contact points on the side of the fan. It had a pwm and power wire i believe. Ive seen them in builds on youtube but cant find now

Hmm. I saw MOPEX one with passthrough option (shoudl even have one or two), but never PWM one.
As was stated before there is max amperage the fan header can support. Still it's not impossible as there id enough room for 3 or 4 fans... Even DeepCook gave me 4 fan splitter, so they have to believe it's safe enough.
