Internal Optical drives
I was quite surprised that i have found it difficult to purchase a Pc case with Internal drive bays are these drives still manufactured ? I am Using Windows 10 Home edition

Basically Yes, can still get such cases but the SFF or UltraSFF cases have the drives vertically mounted, case isn't wide enough for horizontal mounting. A number of the thinner lighter Notebooks no longer have the internal drive but an External USB drive can be found for $50USB or less, I keep a couple on hand for working on these Notebooks, even have an 11.3" [w/Linux Mint], 12.5" and a 13.3" without the drive.

There must be many thousands of different cases manufactured with 5.25" drive bays. Not hard to find at all.

Even new cases still have at least one 5,25. Ofc mostly not the ones with RGB on the front, but there are many with it.
Even better if it could be used case. Even newer one, but still used. Than finding one with 5,25 bay is not a problem. Or at least it shouldn't be.
However feature is no optical drive - everything is in cloud... or at least is (trying) migrating there.
