AMD RYZEN 7 3800X OC cooler?

Putting a AMD Ryzen 73800X CPU on an ASUS AMD AM4 ROG Strix X570-E mobo and would like to OC the CPU - 4.9GHz would be my goal. My research tells me the CPU cooler that comes with the CPU is not capable of handling the increased speed. It comes with a Wrath Prism cooler.

I currently have an Intel i7-9700K mounted on an ASUS ROG Strix Z 390X-E mobo and it has all cores synced and runs at 4.9 GHz w/o any issues - BUT - it has a Noctua NH-D15 SSO2 D cooler - very very big cooler

Never having worked with an AMD cpu I have a some questions

1 - is it possible to duplicate the i7 settings on the AM4 - sync all cores? 4.9 GHZ clock speed?
2 - suggestions for a AM4 cooler that could handle the increased speed and is smaller than the Noctua cooler

Any suggestions related to this situation appreciated - this is the machine as it sits now:

Trying to go 4.9Ghz on all cores on a Ryzen 3800X is going to pretty much be impossible, unless you have the bestest chip manufactured. From what I have read, about 4.3 to 4.5 Ghz across all cores with a high voltage is about the best you can do. The general consensus is that 4.4Ghz on a Ryzen is about equivalent to 5Ghz on the i9-9900k. (in Cinebench).

This is likely going to require a custom water block cooling setup.

Thanks pparks1 - the 4.9 doesn't seem to be a realistic goal - a water cooler is something I'd like to avoid.

On a positive note the PCIe Gen 4 M2 SSDs I installed all hit their advertised bench marks 5000/4400*
*this is what got me interested in this set up.

ETA - Since I am experimenting with a new CPU brand, this might be the time to try a water cooler.

I just built my kid a new gaming rig for Christmas, and we went with the Ryzen 3800X as well. We are just sticking with the wraith prism for the time being as we are perfectly happy with the performance of the chip out of the box.

I went with the 1TB Western Digital Black SN-750 PCI-E Gen 3's for his 2 NVMe drives. I got them for $129 each. Couldn't beat the deal.

    Seagate FireCuda 520 M.2 2280 1TB PCIe Gen4 x4,

    GIGABYTE AORUS NVMe Gen4 SSD 1TB M.2

I have 2 of the Seagate drives and the Gigabyte drive in a PCIe slot with an adapter - all hit the expected benchmarks.

Thanks for your info - my wrath prism cooler is set to "red", as are the memory sticks - very cool -

My thought was to start him on the Gen 3's, and then eventually upgrade his box to Gen 4's, and then I would put the Gen 3's into his old machine, which I am currently using. It's got 2 x 500GB PCI-E Gen 3's in it now, 1 Intel and 1 Samsung.
