Why you think i went Ryzen the PCI-E lanes aren't sacrificed like Intel's boards are unless you go X299 and i have 2xNVME drives plugged in and still PCI-E 4.0 full bandwidth i know you saw that in GPUZ even though they take like x4 or something like that still running a couple of those eats those lanes up

I'm just waiting for AMD to get a BIOS/AEGSA that lets you tweak all settings like Intel, with out sacrificing power savings with Balanced power in Windows.
Basically I want relatively the same CPU C-States & Package limits as Intel

Yeah Intel is sandbagging pci-e 4.
x16 lanes aren't even getting saturated x8 is just as fast you'd never notice any gpu performance drop.

One possible use of gen 4 PCIe is you could either drop the chipset PCIe or use a lower quality chipset(maybe for older backwards compatibility) and use bifurcation for CPU PCIe for everything else.

All of those settings are available with AMD

Not in the way I mean.
Gamers Nexus, Buildzoid, and I think JayzTwoCents, have mentioned that it is better to use defaults then to OC.
One gets best results only doing the memory and fabric(or whatever it's called now).

False alarm about the DLL-related error, forgot that Heaven 4.0 uses Visual C++ 2010 32-bit, just like one of the Halo Custom Edition DLLs does or did.

But it looks like I get some other error messages with 2004, because it tries to install irrelevant stuff.

Yes stick infinity fabric to 1800MHz and have your RAM at 3600MHz, DONE!

Actually not true overclocking in CCX gets way better results than stock even with exotic cooling
I think they say that to keep people from killing the chip

Most people use the Ryzen Tuner some do it through Bios and some like PBO ,PBO is a voltage Hog /Ryzen tuner is Phantom OCing and well you know what the Bios does

All of them score under 9900 with PBO on i get 10200 with my CCX OC ,CCX is like Intel's Hot core system where the Hot core has a * next to it but of course this is for people who can recover if something goes wrong

Infinity Fabric should be a lot better now with the new chip hoping for a 2000Mhz hook up that would be the Thumb on your back
