Yes you are ....I'm a Intel/EVGA fanboy myself.

Thing is, if AMD can get their overclocking act together, I might try an AMD system.... someday .....one day ....in the future

I have no interest in AMD ....unless something changes my mind.

The Zen3 CPUs will work on all 400 and 500 series MBs eventually, 300series...probably not. 500 series will work with Agesa 1.1.0.0 and support on 400 series will come in January-February at latest.
