When I upgrade this 2080Ti to the Nvidia 3080Ti , then I'll put this card in my 2nd rig, giving me a extra 1080Ti card.

In all honesty, I done the build i have just now recently with the intention of running my 2070 super for a mix of 1440p/1600p up until the new rtx 3000 cards launch, I had a 1060 previously so yeah the upgrade difference is a lot bigger than most of you guys running higher end cards anyway. Im actually pleasantly surprised with it, Ive been able to play most games i want at 4k with a few being played at 1440/1600, At those res it chugs along no bother with headroom to spare for sure, Ray tracing games yeah are a different story, but im massively surprised it copes not bad at 4k. (FYI, Im aiming for 60 fps and dont take anything less than that as "playable", i know that may just be me personally)

1080 Ti - one of the best GPU's ever so you should keep it.
