    Both of my Samsung 850/860 EVO's and new Adata NVMe only give one temp reading.

    Only the newer m.2 NVMe ssd's give both temps.

    If you have Magician it tells you how many temp sensors your disk has in SMART
    for 960

    I might be the only one that uses this....but just incase.

    Fixed where NVLink LED could not be controlled if the VGA does not support LED function.

    Here are my temps for all my drives, includes two NVMe ssd's But my temps always stay around these temps. Maine weather

    Does anyone know for the drives that report only one temp if it is the nand or controller temp?

    HW monitor shows two on newer drives, the second temp is the controller Ive read. My wag is one is the Nand

    I believe it would be the NAND chips.

    Here is my 960 temps, cooled by MB plate. NAND on left controller on right.

    Like CountMike's my board also has heatsink shields for the NVME drives....

    I'm using the middle (OS) and bottom (Photo work) NVME slots on the board.
