I need to clarify - The pump is registering RPM speeds in iCUE, but even with the pump speed maxed you can't hear it. This is with the case open and ear close to the pump.
Also my CPU temps don't change whether I increase pump speed or set to zero. Either the pump is dead or it's not pushing coolant. At the moment my idle temps are hitting 39 Celsius with no PC activity; normally they'd be 32/33 degrees.
Anyway I'm on my way to picking up the new pump so I'll post back after.
Great you caught it.
I see where you can set up notifications based on temps, would be nice if they also came on RPM. Say one fans dies in a 150, unless you were looking you might not find out. Sure temps might eventual escalate and that would have you looking.
I guess your fan speed must show zero, I notice mine changing, it is set for quiet.

I actually do have it setup for notification but I guess the temps never got that high to trigger them.
Anyway, this is where constantly monitoring stuff helps. If a fan was dead or not working I'd notice it in either iCUE or AIDA64. Had that happen where a fan cable got disconnected when installing a panel. Looking at iCUE I saw one fan had zero RPMs.
Actually the pump has nothing to do with whether the fans run or not - those are on separate circuits within the unit - the pump can die and the fans will still run or vice versa.
Anyway I've got the new cooler so I'm about to swap out. Later.
