Hi,
Yeah you've already upgraded a couple times recently
Single core performance wise doubt there is any real reason to jump again
Only two cores more is about all there is but new board too for that doesn't sound worth it
Memory though this stuff here is on my radar lol
Oops nope that was supposed to go to a 2x16gb kit what happened :/
G.SKILL Trident Z Royal Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin RGB DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 4400 (PC4 35200) Desktop Memory Model F4-4400C18D-16GTRS - Newegg.com
Thanks Thrash, I'll do a benchmark later and report back. Which is the best for cpu/mobo testing?
We are running the Asus Tuf Gaming X570 plus wifi in my sons Ryzen 3800x build and it's been a great board for us. No complaints.
I am betting you will love that 3950-x. These AMD CPUs are beasts.
