    Im wondering why HWINFO does not give proper readings. Look at the core clocks compared (Ryzen Master/HWINFO. For the screen shot I had both running at the same time, but even running just one the result is the same. What and I missing on the settings in HWINFO?

    No, Im on Ryzen Balanced. Nothing running, Ryzen Master shows its downclocking, HWinfo doesnt

    What does your expanded HWiNFO look like for the CPU? It should show the C-States and what not.

    You should check out/ask at HWiNFO forum @Dude. It seems there may be some issues with monitoring programs getting accurate readings from Ryzen CPU's:

    I think you should ask over HWiNFO. Martin should help you sort this out. Something else which may be relevant:
