    It depends on CCX frequency, higher it is, lower latency it is. I have seen it go a bit under 64 but no lower at any time. Disabling Powerdown and/or Geardown mode can help a bit.

    Okay, thanks I did disable Geardown will look for Powerdown and see what effect

    Looking quite good IMO @Dude

    Unless you have some magic RAM that can do ultra low latency, I think you're pretty close to optimal for your system.

    My new AIO arrived, temps idle in the 30s now was mid 40s with the wraith. Load temps are ~10C lower. I did like the RGB on the AMD cooler
