If you're on a Intel system which you are you should be able to crank that memory through XMP to use 2666 and it shouldn't take any more voltage or tweaks it should go there without issue going higher would require more juice and entering in manual numbers just fyi

On another note
Guy had issues with his gpu scores on a 2080ti and 10900k he had the gpu on a x299 rig and no issues with the card

Turned out the 10900k was the issue his time spy score were tanked big time only 9k 3dmark was showing it as a laptop range score lol when it should of been close to or 30k
Two boards later and one new cpu showed it was a 10900k defect.

Guy inserted the 2080ti in x8 pci-e slot and score was close to or 30k so everyone thought it was the board formula.
