Strange that heaven passed but 3dmark did not. Heaven is usually harder to get through. You seem to have dam fine gpu's yourself. Don't sell them short.
4.94 on the chip is where I run most of my benches as well. Really just tried 5.0 to see if the chip would do it.
Never too late to try a custom loop. Not cheap but vast majority of the components can be used on new builds as well.
