Cliff does your motherboard have preset memory profiles?

XMP works perfect, but the other ones there is only one, and it didn't work at all.

I never had a problem with my Corsair Vengeance Blue 3000's, just these ne Trident-Z's.
I have trie d many setting changes(one at a time),
maximus tweak mode 1 to mode 2(not bootable)
even just allowing them to use more voltage(DRAM Current Capability anything over 100%) also not bootable.
DRAM Switching Frequency leave it alone

The only changes I could make and still boot:
    DRAM REF Cycle Time [350]
    DRAM Refresh Interval [65535]

Finally increased my Passmark score but only by a little. It's the Disk Mark that's letting it down. My old score was with a Samsung Evo with Rapid Mode enabled but I can't do that with the Evo 970 M.2 drive.
Really impressed with the graphics score on the 2080 though! My 1080ti scored 17,800 so a big increase!

Passmark PerformanceTest 9.0 Build 1031 is available.

PassMark PerformanceTest - PC benchmark software

    V9.0 Build 1031 - 10th/April/2019
    - Baseline management - added max cpu/3d/disk scores to advanced baseline search windows. Will now force a min and max score entry (with a differnence no larger than 1000) when doing a search based only on a cpu/3d/disk score.
    - Removed Nvidia G-Sync check before submitting baseline results as the Nvidia API was not reliable and could indicate G-Sync was enabled on systems that did not support it
    - Fixed a bug in the DX12 test where it would not always choose the video card with the largest amount of RAM
