Awesome run Brawndo. :) It can be addictive, yup.

We seem to have very similar setups, again nice job. Gives me something to shoot for when I get home next week.

With your Kingpin i'm certain you can kick my ass with a few tweaks. :) I'll enjoy the crown until then haha.

I am not so sure about that. You seem to be able to run the same gpu clocks as me. This is the first time I bought a KP gpu, pretty sure I don't have it all figured out quite yet.

On this bench if I applied any overclock to the gpu bench crapped out. I think something else was amiss that day.

The KPE won't really stand out from the crowd until it's, at a minimum, under water and with a ton of extra volts running through it. The biggest advantage it has, straight out of the box, is the higher power limits set in the bios.

I have the card under water. I am able to move memory voltage up to 1.8 and this allows me around +700 for memory adjustment in EVGA Precision. As for the core it seems I will need it cooler to be able to take advantage of the voltage it can use. I can run any bench at 1542 core which is about 105 above my boost speed. But adding any voltage just craps out the gpu at current temps.

They REALLY like the cold.....get your coolant down around 10c and you'll see better core clocks.

Yup, I am sure you are right. On my last rig I had a setup that allowed me to pump cold air from outside ( -10 to -20C ) through my rads, had temp on gpu in high single digits for bench runs. I think if I can duplicate that then I can gain a fair bit on core clocks.
Time to go ghetto again me thinks.
