Shoot man i finally figured out my GPU issue the core Overclock is Garbage but the memory is the key here for me

I actually got some of these Benchmarks to finish it's like small Victories i guess

So you can nothing on the core at all or just very little?

Yes sir that seems to be the case

I kept crashing on 3d mark like nuts but when i just boosted the memory to 12100 and core +40 i was able to get that any more on the core and crash

I got the first batch of Aorus Cards maybe i got a iffy one

Starting to seem that way. Are you using afterburner? If so do you move the core voltage slider on top? Try it at halfway point, full to right, and try it without touching it to see if either helps.

Have you tried overclocking core on the curve with afterburner?

I'm using the gigabyte program i tried afterburner with this card and it behaved badly
