I could only give the Zotac +10 core, any more, then rips & tears(picture) or crashes.
But I still have memory headroom.

I have a feeling though the real problem is Zotac's Firestorm, and might go back to Afterburner.
When you make any little change with Firestorm, it always gives a damned "Are you sure?) confirmation popup

I'll leave Firestorm on the system for the LEDs, but use Afterburner for overclocking I think.

For day to day use I leave the card at default anyhow, and make changes only when benching, which I either reset to default manually, of it does it on the next boot itself.

    Hi,
Yeah I stopped using afterburner it hasn't worked right for a while
4.4 is really bad 4.3 is so-so but often borks for no reason

I just started using evga's product
Zotac has their own oc utility you might try.
    +10 is wow low
I would usually go +75 or +85 core and mem is +590 obviously juiced :)

The Zotac is really high clocked out of the box though:
    Engine Clock Base: 1607 MHz
    Boost: 1721 MHz
    Memory Clock 11.2 GHz
