    GPU dropped 10c with the intake fan and the score went up. Looking better. I don't think I won the silicon lottery with this GPU.

    I figured out what it is. The stock PSU is 460W and my graphics card is pulling the max it can then throttling back. Going to order a 750W PSU and put it in. Thankfully Dell uses a standard ATX mount.
