    Yep the monitor is important(for gamers & benchmarking).
    I can get some serious FPS, but at the cost of screen tearing that looks like one of Dr. Strange's magic worlds.
    It doesn't effect benchmarking scores, but if I was a gamer... Phooey.

    My monitor only caps at 100fps so i am thinking it limits me on these benchmarks in a way but again i seriously doubt it the 1080ti is so heavily clocked already doing anything more is subject to freezing or lock screen for me

    Also my card boost way higher on lower freq but can't sustain it for no longer than five seconds then it's downclocked the rest of the way
