No wonder Crapzilla gets confused and doesn't work with newer chipsets!
I was just messing around, seeing if ASUS EZ update found anything new(I say messing around, because I go almost daily to my motherboards update page), and it wants to update to an older chipset
This just proves ANY auto updater is junk
(even a hardware manufacturer's own).

Hi,
The one or two times I used ai suite to see if there were newer bios it stated I did not need to flash the bios
There were numerous newer bios on their site :)
I don't know why you mess with that crapware man :/
Hi,
Turbo mode seems fine to me in bios and I can cut the crapware down to one less :)
I just did a test and when I use the 10.1.1.44 chipset for my 8700K, Crapzilla works too.So after much searching around I came across a fix for me and hopefully you guys. First time i got it to work on my x299 system.
I did not have catzilla installed. Went and got this chipset driver, installed it, rebooted. Install benchmark and voila.... it freaking works again.
Download Intel® Chipset Device Software (INF Update Utility)
Did a quick run
It seems the problem lies with 10.1.1.45 then.
Only caveat device manager will still show hardware as 200 series, instead of 300, like with 10.1.1.42
