    That's not really how it works.
    The fans for the cpu and the gpu will get more air, but airflow over the VRMs/ VRM heat sinks, and the SSD/HDD will still not be there.
    You should either have front to back, or top to bottom air flow.

    Open systems like test benches, and open cases(like some of InWins works of art, still suck for airflow, unless you add fans to the areas that need it.
