Hey guy's. Just finished my new build. Pretty happy with it aside from wanting to change the 8pin GPU cables. See my system spec for parts. Will try and take some better pics in daylight tomorrow.
Glad to finally have a powerful PC again. Cheers :)

Awesome rigs, so I went backwards and am now on air and not water as the maintenance and my case size (old was a Core X9) was massive and I realized if we had to evacuate due to a fire ect. I (or family member) was never gonna get the pc down the stairs alone. I can now pick my system up again since it's in a Fractal Define R5 (still weighs a lot) which in terms of build quality is leagues above the Core X9 and my old Switch 810 in my opinion. Still silent on an NH-D15 and my temps are higher sure but this pc is mostly just for work and feeds a projector now.

My systems use home made water cooling with hard tubing.
Not only do they run cool but I can position things where I want them so it doesn't stop me from getting to things; like the ram if need be.
My two computers are in (My System Specs). Neither of them is a tuck under your arm and carry about.

I had a Asus X58 motherboard that was very sensitive to the tightness of the water block screw tightness. If I tighten them to much I would loose the ram close to the cpu. It took me a while to figure out that problem.

I also don't walk well but I'm getting better. Only have to use a cane on bad days. My lady friend caries my groceries from the car to the kitchen and she is 5' 1" and about 110 pounds. I can do one trip from the car and carry things to the kitchen but that is it. She makes the other 3 or 4 trips.
This damn getting old is hard work.
I waiting for some one to carry my Phanteks Premo to the work bench so I can do some work on it.

If the house caught fire, I would grab my Gentlemen Jack and my cat and go to the street.

    My last build.

Here is the other computer. Phanteks EnthooPrimo. No problems with video cards. The right reservoir took a little finagling to miss the video card. I don't need two reservoirs; I just put it in to balance the look with the other reservoir.

Hard tubing does take a lot of time.

New guts. I don't think I have a stellar 8700k. I get 48x @ 1.28v vcore stable with IBT, prime95 that I think is good for 24x7. But if I want to go higher I think I will have to delid as the temps are too high. Yeah, I know, RGB

First rebuild PC. Dell did an alright job. I did my first mod making it better by adding an intake fan.
