Dual 560's but I think the Mora 420 would probably beat it:

Why aren't you using Mayhems Biocide+ and Inhibitor+? They make up to 30 liters of coolant each... That's a long term investment.
    Hi,
I was on my x99 rig for a while everything was nice and clear
Then I switched to modmymods clear premix 10.00 per liter supposed to be out of mayhems x1 clear concentrate just recently.
Still too soon to say if it clouds clear tubing or not only been a few days.

Problem with using distilled and + products is you get evaporation how much depends on water temp.
I got like 1/4"+ every two weeks of water drop in my reservoir and i use short reservoirs so I had to top off about every month.

    Mora's are different design
They are more like a air conditioner coil normal round tubing not a radiator with thin chambers....
Mora's are not restrictive just like going through soft tubing.

Why do those cause evaporation? Is evaporation the only issue with Biocide+ and Inhibitor+? Is there anything else to be aware of?

    Hi,
It's mostly water so not a lot of chemicals to treat the water like premix has in it but that clouds or stains soft tubing
How much evaporation depends on water temp 32c water is pretty warm nearly 90f degrees.

I normally max 30-35C at the coolant under load. Is the Inhibitor+ necessary if your not mixing metals?

    Hi,
    Yes use both.
Metals are copper and even nickle
Many of ek fitting are weird metals and aren't coated inside very well so that metal is exposed to water.
Just pumps no telling what all metals are in them doubt any aluminum though.
This is after just soaking in vinegar ek fittings

Looks like you've got some galvanic corrosion due to dissimilar metals or perhaps you used copper sulfate biocide which tends to eat nickle? You running any inhibitors? I've always avoided nickel plated fittings due to the plating being so thin and once its damaged, it gets ugly fast.
