What did you do to get such an increase Mike? Looks like your core and memory speed are exactly the same as before
Actually that score surprised me too. Sometimes my scores just jump up real high....and if I try to repeat some of them, it never comes close.

Well a great result that's for sure mate. I guess it's just a case of running it over and over and hoping for a good one. I am stuck at just under 9600 no matter what at the moment. Tried all kinds of settings but no good. It's pretty cold too.

After updating the BIOS to 1901, I got a real good bump(from 27604), I was able to run the CPU at 5.3 GHz(best run was only possible at 5.0) this time no problems at all, and the temps were well under TDP.(1801 kind of F'd my OC maxes a bit)

    Wait a minute, another.
This time at 5.4 GHz, all cores stayed at in the low to mid 50's most of the bench, except for the CPU test where 6 cores were in the low 60's and two cores jumped to 75° for a split second. I lieks dis new BIOS update

I just tried 5.5 with the multiplier, wouldn't work, I'll probably need to switch to BCLK OC using offset voltage(instead of manual) to get firestrike to work.
But that's for another day, I just wanted to check my OC profiles, and I'm more than satisfied(for now)

Good stuff Doug, the new memory made some difference to your score then mate? I can't remember what your old score was?

I have been benching at 5.4 for a couple of weeks now Cliff. I am on a Z370 board though. It runs just great at 5.4 and all temps stay below 70. I cannot run any higher speed though. I think 5.4 is the limit for my i9.
