I would rethink the RAM, much better out there, and go higher with the GPU, 2080. Looks really good

    I like your PSU choice

I`ve had a TT PSU bookmarked for awhile now, hope I never need it though

My choice is a bit different than yours, but it`s also a 1200 watt unit.

My advice, don`t buy anything from Ebay, get your parts right from the manufacturer if possible, sometimes there is no shipping or tax.

Your memory, your cooler, and your ssd can all be gotten from the manufacturer, no reason to use Ebay.

I have a TT 280 but it`s still in it`s box, I use 5 TT Riing Plus 14 fans on my X299 box, they are awesome. 2 came with the cooler and I bought 3 more.

Riing Plus 14 RGB Radiator Fan TT Premium Edition (5 Fan Pack) | ttpremium

EVGA PSU`s come with a 10 year warranty, so I doubt I`ll ever have to pay for another PSU in my lifetime

I'm waiting for this Processor as well, it looks like a right beast.

Current Choice - Ryzen 9 3900X, MSI B450 Tomahawk Motherboard, Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (Maybe even 64GB?) 3200Mhz RAM, Phanteks Eclipse P600S Silent Case, Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB, Kingston A400 960GB, Sapphire Radeon RX580 NITRO+ Special Edition 8GB

    What you guys think?

Would a Corsair 750W CXM Power Supply be enough?

For any RAM 3200MHz or faster, use 2x16GB instead of 4x8GB because Ryzen doesn't have quad channel IMC, only 2x dual channel which can't stand higher speeds. For high speed quad channel RAM you need Threadripper.
I wouldn't put a 12 core Ryzen on b450 MB, none of them have enough power for it. I mean it would be compatible but can't get everything out of it.

So don't do 4x16gb (64gb) just 2x16gb (32gb) ram and which motherboard would you recommend please?
