I have single radiator with two 140mm fans on it plus one 1200mm (all as intake) in the front. Two 120mm on top as exhaust and one 120mm (low flow) fan at back turned down by 45° to blow at VRM.
PSU is on bottom but it's fan is turned down to a chamber that has two 80mm fans blowing in thru that chamber to middle of case and blowing air toward GPU.
Radiator fans are regulated by BIOS thru 4pin CPU_Fan and CPU_Fan2, top case fans have own adjustable control button and rest are from CHA_Fan and BIOS. Most are running barely half speed with reasonable ambient temps.
Hi,
Only thing I might do is on the top front make one fan an intake seeing the front top is really pulling hdd air to your air cooler not sure if there is another fan in front of the hdd cage or not but it would be nice to get some fresh air into the air cooler
Other top fans can still be exhaust.

Hi,
So for the entire top of your case you only have one fan ?
If so seems like a waste
Two most rear top exhaust
Front most top intake assuming 120mm fans are used 140mm just front top intake rear top exhaust :/
Hi,
Yeah never know till you try but cooler outside air usually helps something 2c is never a bad thing to lower memory that stuff gets toasty pretty wild how much 0.010+- can do
Not sure how many hdd's or ssd's you are using for storage enough to have a fan behind them on top.
I have 3 SSD's in the lower right, and the M.2 in the MB below the GPU. The red fans are Noctua 140mm, 2 Chromax on the CPU and the top and in the upper drive bay(Blue) are the Tan 140s that came with the cooler. Green is the assist fan, little 40mm noctua. The blue fans are Noctual Industial 120s. Only the rear case fan and PSU exhaust
