    Noctua is what I use, but I didn't realize I 'keep going on about' it. I rarely post anymore.

    Maybe I misunderstand. Binning.... they just tell u the voltages to input correct? Or do they somehow program it?

    They test them, they will say 5.XX at 1.445 Vcore. Your results will vary

    Yes. Take the time to view some OC guides. It seems like a lot at first, but you will learn the BIOS settings and get them tweaked for the best results.
