Where can I get a clear plastic faceplate for a old 3.5 inch HDD?

OK, this is a strange request...

I have an old 3.5 HDD and I would like to remove the metal cover from it and replace with a clear plastic, high quality cover.
It would be for a disk display and the HDD would not be functional, lol.

Anyone know of a source for this?
I've seen it before - years ago.

Most building trade / do-it-yourself suppliers will stock plain, transparent sheets of Perspex & non-branded forms of 'acrylic glass' / 'acrylic sheet'.

Acrylic sheets can be cut, sawn, drilled & sanded so you can make the end result as good-looking as you like.

Yes, true. However, I remember them being ready-to-go.
