No telling what bios is on it either
Need at least 1705 for 99..x series chip for 9940x I have now.

Should of bought it 2 years ago for 420.us I believe but chickened out and settled for micro center stocked items.
Which I can still return my x299 tuf mark2 if all goes well and get 325.us +- for other goodies locally.

Thinking another APC 1500 pro backup battery at the least.

So you might have to update your bios...no big deal, latest bios is Version 1902 - 2019/07/19

Many having issues with it on asus forum too
1705 is good as it gets atm there is also some tweaked 1705 bios for rampage VI... there too there is also I see one with 1902 as well :/

Don't you need a new CPU for the Apex? What water blocks? Which hosing?
